For those with iOS 13, are you able to use Snapchat on it?

I found the source of the confusion.

As I explained before, if you want to access Snapchat via the app available in the App Store, you need iOS 14 or higher. This is according to their guidelines in the Apple App Store.
But according to their website, if you want to access Snapchat using Safari or another browser, then your iPhone must have iOS 13 or higher.

I hope this clears it up. If not, please contact Snapchat Support for help.

Sorry but the answer is no. According to Snapchat, they require iOS 14 or later.

You are 100% wrong. Snapchat's website says "We support Android devices running Android 5.0 or newer, and iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or higher." It doesn't mention "Safari," you made that up out of thin air. I'm asking specifically people who actually have iOS 13 on their phone, are you able to use Snapchat on it?

You are 100% wrong. On Snapchat's own website, it says it requires iOS 13 or later. I'm asking anyone who actually has iOS 13, are you able to use Snapchat?
