Apple Billing Issue: Payment not recognized after successful transaction

Hello, I’ve already paid $19.62 USD for my video promotion via Apple (Transaction ID: [524*****51], Date: Sept 6). The amount of 86,581.17 MMK was deducted from my account. However, Apple Billing Problem still shows “Payment could not be processed.”

You may want to try restarting the device you use (eg: deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update the recent changes, and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)

Eg: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support or Restart your iPad - Apple Support
