Problem with “speak selection” when reading a book that flips pages

So, this problem has been happening for a while. And I’ve kept an eye out to see if anybody has fixed it yet. Because sometimes Apple will fix it in updates but it’s still happening. So a while ago after one of the updates from Apple my speak selection accessibility option started to repeat pages when reading a book that’s turning pages. For example, on my Kindle app when I use speak selection it will read the page completely through then instead of jumping to the next page with the page flip, it will jump back to the top of the page and start reading that page over again. And sometimes when it does work, it’ll jump to the next page, but the second paragraph or so of that page so I’ll have to manually go in and click the back and the forward arrows. Does anyone know how to fix this? Cause I’m pretty sure it’s because of some bug in one of the updates that happened because it wasn’t happening previously. And I’ve tried everything like deleting the app rebooting my phone, that kind of thing.
